Cooking instructions
Pan-fry
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a nonstick pan.
- Place the frozen Mandu into the pan
- Pan-fry on medium-high heat for 2 minutes until the bottom side turns golden brown
- Add 100mL of water in, cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes and 30 Seconds
Air Fry
- Preheat the air-fryer for 2 minutes at 190ºC.
- Add 1 tablespoon (~10g) of cooking oil into the frozen Mandu bag (no defrosting).
- Shake well so that the cooking oil evenly covers the frozen Mandu surface.
- Place the frozen Mandu in the preheated air-fryer and cook at 190ºC for 15-16 minutes.
Steam
- Add a suitable amount of water into a steamer and bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen Mandu in and steam for about 7 minutes.
